Treat 75% of the persons diagnosed with HIV. Reduce the mother-to-child transmission rate from 15% in 2022 to 6% in 2026. Decrease TB incidence from 325 to 261 per 100.000 inhabitants by 2027 (325 per 100,000 is the incidence estimated by WHO in 2021). By 2025, reduce by 40% malaria morbidity in the country, in relation to the baseline of 2020 (positivity rate in 2020: 52%). By 2025, reduce by 50% malaria mortality in the country, in relation to the baseline of 2020 (mortality rate by 100,000 in 2020: 38). The objectives of this program are: By 2026, offer HIV combination prevention packages in at least 60% of the municipalities containing the highest HIV incidence rates among the priority population. By 2026, identify 75% of the persons estimated to be living with HIV and who do not know their status. By 2026, increase Viral Load Coverage among PLHIV to 75% and to 80% among pregnant women. Increase the case detection rate of TB by 5% per year (2024-2027). By 2027, increase the treatment success rate for TB-S from 68% to 78% among adults (5% increase per year during 4 years). Reduce the malaria-related mortality (number of malaria deaths per 1000 population) by 60% from 53,8% in 2016 to 21,5% by 2020. Reduce TB incidence by 20% by 2021 compared to 2015 level. Strengthening the national response for the control of STI/HIV and viral Hepatitis to ensure an HIV prevalence rate of less than 3% by 2022. Reduce TB mortality by 35% by 2021 compared to 2015 level. The objectives of this program are: By the end of 2020, at least 80% of the target population uses an adequate preventive measure against malaria. Detect 85% of estimated new cases of smear positive TB and achieve a treatment success rate of 85% of all forms smear positive TB cases by 2022. By the end of 2020, 100% of suspected malaria cases at health facility are tested before receiving treatment;. Increase the detection rate of MDR TB and treat 100% of diagnosed MDR TB cases by 2022. By the end of 2020, 100% of malaria cases testing positive are treated according to the national guidelines, at all levels of the national health pyramid. Ensure 90% of people living with HIV including key and vulnerable populations knows their status by 2022. Ensure 90% of all people diagnosed with HIV including key and vulnerable populations, are enrolled, followed and receive timely and efficacious highly active antiretroviral therapy by 2022. Increase PMTCT coverage from 39% to 90% of HIV positive pregnant women by 2018 2021. By 2020, strengthen the epidemiology surveillance system, monitoring and evaluation and operational research for Malaria;. Ensure 90% of all people receiving the antiretroviral therapy including key and vulnerable populations ,attain sustainable viral suppression by 2022. By 2020, strengthen the management, technical and institutional capacities of the National Malaria Control Program (NMCP) at all levels, to enable efficient and sustainable implementation of the planned activities of the NMCP.. Expand TB/HIV collaborative activities by ensuring that 90% of notified TB patients are tested for HIV and 100% who test HIV positive are put on ART promptly and managed. Strengthen management of a decentralised national TB/HIV response and institute an efficient and integrated M&E system that ensures all indicators listed are tracked and reported timely.
